Shane Young, Director of Product, Microsoft Practice at Rackspace.  Shane is a proud Racker who has been living in the Microsoft world for almost 20 years. While he is best known for being a SharePoint MVP for the last 10 years, he has added some new tricks to his bag. In the quest to find the best place for those persistent workloads to run, he ended up helping to create a Microsoft Private Cloud offering at Rackspace. And while playing with those clouds he has also delved into Microsoft Azure, opening the door for running his friend SharePoint anywhere and everywhere. When his head isn’t in the clouds, Shane lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he plays too much golf.
