Chris Jones has spent his career focused on building application performance monitoring practices in businesses throughout Asia Pacific, working across products ranging from traditional agent based infrastructure monitoring to no-touch real user experience. With experience in BFSI, Telecommunications and Healthcare verticals, Chris has been exposed to a wide variety of business and customer demands that impact the implementation, development and use of performance monitoring solutions. Throughout Chris’s time as a consultant he implemented and coached customers on solutions that provide complete visibility into virtualized applications, their supporting compute, related databases, web services and end user experience.
Most recently & within Dell Software, Chris was the technical lead for the APJ Foglight Performance monitoring business before migrating to the US to join the Foglight Product Management Team. Chris’s hands-on experiences with performance monitoring positions him to provide a unique perspective on the performance monitoring market, approaches to implementations and ultimately driving successful business outcomes.
