This is just a quick tip because I've heard from a lot of folks who complain that the Microsoft Band doesn't track elevation for runs. But, it does. It's just difficult to find at first.
To locate your elevation stats, open your Microsoft Health Dashboard and do this:
Choose Run in the menu.
Switch from Summary to Splits.
Choose Estimated Elevation.
P.S. The same elevation information is also available in the Windows Phone Microsoft Health app by following the same path.
