Endpoint Protection Client Fix Available Today to Repair Internet Explorer Downloads

On February 20, we let you know about an issue (reported HERE) where the latest version of the Endpoint Protection client caused Internet Explorer downloads to break for computers running Windows 8.1 with Internet Explorer 11. At the time, Microsoft removed the offending update from its servers, but not before many customers had already downloaded and deployed the broken new client. To fix the issue, Microsoft delivered a link to download a client from October 2014.

It's taken almost two weeks, but Microsoft has now delivered a fully fixed Endpoint Protection client. The new client software takes the client version to 4.7.209.0 and can be downloaded from here:
