Jeff DeVerter is the Chief Technologist for Microsoft Technology at Rackspace responsible for the roadmap and delivery of Fanatical Support for Microsoft technology both inside and outside of our Datacenters.  Jeff has been with Rackspace for over 7 years and has built several of our service offerings including Dedicated SharePoint, Dedicated Exchange, Dedicated Lync, and Microsoft Cloud Platform. Jeff is currently involved in projects that take Rackspace’s award-winning fanatical support to new Microsoft technologies and new locations.

Jason Himmelstein is an IT Pro Solutions Architect & SharePoint MVP with more than 15 years of experience working with Microsoft and related technologies. With a passion for technology, Jason has spent the past 8 years dedicated to SharePoint, becoming a recognized expert in the field. Having successfully architected solutions for up to 120,000 users and maintains an active speaking schedule, addressing conferences in the United States & Canada.

Jason is the co-author of the O’Reilly book “Developing Business Intelligence Apps for SharePoint”. He also is one of the organizers of New Hampshire SharePoint Users Group, New Hampshire Windows Phone Users Group, and SharePoint Saturday New Hampshire & Rhode Island. Outside of this crazy working world he is a happily married father of 2 boys, a die-hard Texas Longhorns and San Antonio Spurs fan.

Jarret Raim is the Director, of Managed Security at Rackspace. Since joining Rackspace, he has built a software assurance program for Rackspace’s internal software teams, and defined strategy for building secure systems on Rackspace’s OpenStack Cloud implementation. Through his experience at Rackspace, and as a consultant for Denim Group, Jarret has assessed and remediated applications in all industries. He has experience with a wide variety of both development environments and the tools used to audit them. Jarret now owns Rackspace’s customer-facing security portfolio. He holds a masters in computer science from Lehigh University and a bachelors in computer science from Trinity University.
