Q. With Azure Resource Manager IaaS deployments are there limits on the mixing of single-NIC and multi-NIC VMs?

A. No. In a cloud service you cannot mix single-NIC and multi-NIC VMs, but the Azure Resource Manager does not use cloud services. Therefore, there are no limitations around mixed deployments.
