Developing for Office 365 doesn’t have to be a time-consuming or daunting task. In fact, the Microsoft Office 365 team has done a great job at providing developers with some great resources for beginner and advanced developers alike. Here are key development resources that will get make it easier to develop applications on the Office 365 platform:
Office Dev Center. This Microsoft landing page should be your first stop for venturing into Office 365 development. You’ll find code samples, tutorials, and tech teardowns for building Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, and Lync apps. A superb resource that shouldn’t go unacknowledged.
StackOverflow. If you’ve got a specific question or issue that you’re running into, then you’ll want to tag your post on StackOverflow with the [ms-office], [sharepoint], and [office365] tags. Or, you can bookmark each tag and keep track of what’s trending for each.
Code Samples. Not sure how to get started designing your app? The Microsoft team has provided an abundance of code samples via MSDN to help show you different ways that you can build your help.
