Q. How can I remove the "provided by Amazon" title text from Internet Explorer?

A. I recently installed the Amazon add-on, which integrates Amazon.com with Internet Explorer. After I installed it, however, my Internet Explorer title changed to "Windows Internet Explorer provided by Amazon.com." To get rid of this, do the following:
Start the registry editor (regedit.exe).
Move to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftInternet ExplorerMain.
Double-click the Windows Title value and set it to whatever you want, then and click OK.
Close the registry editor.
Internet Explorer will show the new title when you restart.
