A. ADAM SP1, which you can download here, is the same version of ADAM that shipped with Windows 2003 R2. The main enhancements are:
It lets users bind to an ADAM instance by using Digest authentication.
It enables password chaining to Active Directory (AD) users through ADAM proxy objects.
It includes a newer version of the LDP utility that allows directory object access permissions via the GUI.
It includes the Active Directory Schema Analyzer tool.
It includes the Active Directory to ADAM Synchronizer tool.
It lets you create users in the configuration partition. ADAM users can now be ADAM administrators
