Q. Does Windows Server 2008 R2 include the cluster.exe command?

A. Server 2008 R2 introduced complete PowerShell support for failover clustering, but the old cluster.exe tool is still supplied. The old tool has been deprecated and doesn't expose all the new R2 functionality. It won't be supplied with Windows 8.
