If you are logged on as a local administrator with a blank password, you will receive an Access Denied when the Cluster Administrator (CluAdmin.exe) starts at the end of setup.

The behavior occurs because network connectivity with a blank password is not permitted for Administrator accounts in a domain environment.

To resolve the problem, set a password for the local Administrator account.

NOTE: The local Administrator account password does not have to be the same on all cluster nodes.
