Q. Is Silverlight supported on Windows Server 2016?
A. Yes. It needs to be downloaded from https://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/get-started/install/default.aspx and will work on Server with Desktop Experience but not on Server Core or Nano Server. Note that Server with Desktop Experience also has Adobe Flash built-in.
