A: For my Windows Server 2012 servers, I found it easiest to first install the Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Packs RTM, which can be found at Microsoft's Download Center for Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Packs. The download installs with no problems, and after it's installed, you can apply the SP1 version from the Microsoft site.
