Windows 8.1 Book: First Draft of the Calendar Chapter is Now Complete

The first draft of the Calendar chapter for Windows 8.1 Book is now complete. This chapter focuses on the Calendar app, as you might expect. But with this second first draft chapter, I'm also issuing the first and very incomplete version of the full book document.

This third update to the Calendar chapter adds the content that was missing from the previous update, sections about events and meetings, as well as a few other small changes. I'm struck by how much more full-featured the Calendar app is in Windows Phone and suspect that this app will be changing a lot in the near future. Until that happens, it's time to move on.

After discussing this with Rafael, I've also decided to issue a version of the full book document with each update going forward. At this early stage, it's mostly empty, of course, and the organizational structure will absolutely change over time. Right now it's all place-holders, and none of the inter-chapter links are working yet.

Feedback is always appreciated.
