Vagrant Box of Windows Server 2012 R2 Available for a Limited Time

Vagrant is open source software that runs on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux that enables developers to create and configure full, virtual development environments. During Build 2014 Microsoft professed more openness in its software, open sourcing many of its .NET technologies.

To show even more openness, Microsoft is releasing a Vagrant Box for Hyper-V of its Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter product so that developers can use Vagrant to set up a "plain vanilla" Windows environment with which to begin testing.

The Vagrant Box is available until June 28th so you'll want to hurry to get it. It's also an evaluation version, meaning it will expire after 180 days of use.
