In a first for Symantec Corporation, the company has opened the beta of its upcoming version of pcAnywhere to the general public. Symantec pcAnywhere is the number one choice remote troubleshooting and helpdesk support, and for providing connectivity for remote and mobile users. This proven, comprehensive solution allows helpdesk personnel to more quickly resolve user problems, and allows remote employees to easily access office-based files and applications. This latest version, pcAnywhere 9.2, is completely compatible with Windows 2000, which itself becomes widely available this month.
