I don't usually report on individual game titles, but this one is sure tobe the smash hit of the Christmas season this year. Id software has released the first demo version of Quake II, which features three playablelevels but no deathmatch support.

I don't usually report on individual game titles, but this one is sure tobe the smash hit of the Christmas season this year. Id software has released the first demo version of Quake II, which features three playablelevels but no deathmatch support. The Quake II demo is about 11MB big,and worth every second of download time if you're a dedicated PC gamer. Thefinal version is due in time for Christmas.
