A. Yes. At CES 2011, Microsoft announced Windows 8 will support ARM processors from manufactures such as NVIDIA, Qualcomm, and Texas Instruments. These companies will offer system-on-a-chip platforms. This decision will let Windows 8 run on a greater variety of hardware and form factors.
