Intel will ship a 233 Mhz "Klamath" Pentium Pro MMX processor with 512K cache and a surprisingly low price, starting in February. In May, an error-correcting-code version will ship for basically the same price. Intelis expected to ship a 266 Mhz version late this year and a 300 Mhz version,code-named "Deschutes", in 1998.Prices for existing Pentium Pro models, which ship in 200 and 180 Mhzversions and 256K of cache, are expected to drop slightly as the new chipsare introduced
