Thanks to Christopher A. Snyder for the tip: The NT Internals Web site is back up, minus a couple of the juicier NThacks. The Web site administrators refuse to talk about it, however, andoffer up only the following explanation:

"Note: Certain utilities and articles that were previously available at NT Internals are no longer present. This is intentional. Please do not send e-mail asking for these items.
