Mint Brings Your Financial Life to Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone

The popular Mint.com service is coming to Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone today. Mint is a financial app that gives you the ability to consolidate banking and financial accounts into a single pane for viewing on a tablet, computer, or smartphone.

When I was an Android user, I used Mint all the time, but switching to the Windows ecosystem for devices and services a little over a year ago, I've been unable to locate an app as valuable or with similar functionality. With Mint, I was able to view categorized spending, take a quick glance at available travel funds, and even monitor my kids' accounts.

The Mint app provides access to over 20,000 bank, credit card, loan, and investment accounts, and the Live Tile integration means you can get a quick overview of your accounts, bills, and money advice.
