Q. How can I quickly magnify portions of my Windows 7 desktop?

A. If you're running Aero graphical mode, you can use the Windows Magnifier. You can quickly activate it by pressing the Windows key and the plus (+) key. Note that while you have to press Shift to access the plus character normally, you don't have to also press Shift—just press the Windows and plus keys and the screen will magnify. To zoom in, more just press the Windows key and plus again. To zoom out, press the Windows key and minus (-) key.
