A. No, IE 8 can't be removed from Windows 7 and there's no version of IE 7 available for Windows 7. If you need to run IE 7 on Windows 7, the solution would be XP Mode for commercial users that allows an application to run in a Windows XP virtual machine and be displayed seamlessly on the users main desktop. For Enterprise customers, Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Virtualization (MED-V) could be used. It works similarly to XP Mode but adds enterprise management capabilities and image deployment.
