Looking to make a big comeback from the Windows 8 debacle Microsoft has really thrown their all into their upcoming Windows 10 release. Guided by the feedback of their 1.7 million Windows Insider Program preview users, Microsoft has just released their second technical preview for Windows 10 -- Build 9926.
