Michael Otey, senior contributing editor for Windows IT Pro and SQL Server Pro, is president of TECA, a software-development and consulting company in Portland, Oregon. Michael has covered the topic of virtualization extensively for Windows IT Pro, having written several features articles showing how to take advantage of virtualization in the enterprise as well as reviewing all of the major virtualization products. Robert Wijnbelt is a Senior Product Manager at Dell Software.  With over 18 years experience in the application performance and infrastructure management markets, Robert has lead the design, development, and sales of Dell’s market leading monitoring solution, Foglight. During his career at Dell as well as prior, Robert was involved in Consultative sales for Enterprise solutions to Industry leaders in healthcare, financial services, retail and technology, collaborating with upper and C-level management to define the optimal solutions to address their respective companies’ complex problems.  He holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.

Kevin Selinger, Systems Consultant will Dell Software Group for the past 11 years. Prior to that I have worked in the Presales role as a pre-sale engineer for the past 20 plus years supporting solution from Mainframe Operations, Client Support Solutions to Database Performance and Administration.
