Finjan Software announced that it has acquired Dallas-based Alchemedia Technologies. The acquisition includes the customer-based, intellectual property and products. Alchemedia's flagship product, Mirage, offers digital rights management (DRM) to documents. Mirage lets users control copying, editing, screen capturing, forwarding, printing, and revocation of documents. Alchemedia has successfully marketed Mirage to automotive, energy, pharmaceutical, aerospace, financial services and government markets.
