ComponentOne announced the release of ComponentOneDoc-To-Help 2005. Doc-To-Help 2005 adds new functionality such as allowingauthors to use any HTML editor for their source content, convert RoboHelp and otherHTML Help projects, and generate NetHelp, a browser-independent HTML-based Helpsystem.

 The new version ofDoc-To-Help presents a way to author Help systems and printed documentation inHTML or Word. With Doc-To-Help 2005, authors simply use styles from acustomizable style sheet to define Help systems within their favorite HTMLeditor or Word. This flexible approach to Helpauthoring eliminates requirements for proprietary editors and minimizeslearning curves for new interfaces. The workflow is streamlined and the HTMLremains clean and ready for use elsewhere.

 Users of RoboHelpand other Help authoring tools can now convert their projects to Doc-To-Help. Thenew converters automatically translate Help system features to Doc-To-Help s cleanHTML format with a click of a button. Doc-To-Help 2005 delivers convertersspecifically for RoboHelp projects, as well as for general HTML Help projects.
