DocuWare SARL was founded by integrated document managementsolution pioneer, DocuWare AG, on September 1, 2008; in mid-November thecompany moved into its new Paris offices. From here, the new subsidiary will betaking on the task of expanding DocuWare s document management business inFrance and Northern Africa.

 Until 2006,DocuWare AG had been covering the French market from Germany. For the past twoyears, it has had a local team representing the company in France. The growingdemand for DocuWare s integrated document management (IDM) solutions in Franceand in the French-speaking countries of Northern Africa led to the decision tofortify the local presence by founding DocuWare SARL. The local team isresponsible for providing support to customers and partners, while realizingthe growth potential offered by the French market.
