A: Windows Thin PC is Microsoft's OS based on Windows Embedded Standard 7. It's for machines that primarily act as thin clients—it supports RDP 7.1. Thin PC includes IE 8. You can install IE 9 by going to this Microsoft site, but IE9 isn't available on ThinPC via Windows Update.
