Q. Can I have multiple Network Security Groups per NIC/subnet?
A. No. At this time a single NSG can be assigned to a subnet and a single NSG to a vmNIC. The idea is to simplify the management by using a single NSG that is comprised of multiple rules based on the IP ranges, port ranges and protocol. It is not possible to have multiple NSGs linked to a single object.
