The Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit contains AdmX.exe, a command line tool that exports Group Policy settings, from .ADM files, to a tab-delimited text file.

You can use AdmX.exe to find changes for the policy settings between different versions of the operating systems.

AdmX.exe runs on Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, and Windows XP Professional, as long as the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 is installed.

To install AdmX.exe, type "C:Program FilesWindows Resource KitsToolsadmx.msi".
