America Online has agreed to refund customers up to two months of servicefees, a group of Attorneys Generals announced today. The settlement willprevent a consumer fraud lawsuit threatened by 37 states. According to thegroup, the most an individual customer will received is less than $40.Users who could get online for less than two hours in December and Januarywill be given refunds for those months.AOL has also agreed to cease advertising the service until their existingmembers can access the service regularly
