A. There's no simple uninstallation procedure if you installed PowerShell and then installed a newer service pack--for example, if you installed PowerShell on Windows Server 2003 SP1, then installed SP2. However, an uninstallation procedure is available, as outlined in the Microsoft article "Windows PowerShell 1.0 English Language Installation Packages for Windows Server 2003 and for Windows XP" (Article ID 926139).
