A: Windows Thin PC doesn't support touch in the initial release. Remember that the primary focus of Windows Thin PC is to repurpose PCs as thin clients. Touch isn't supported by remote protocols, such as RDP, yet, so touch capabilities wouldn't really be usable anyway.
