Jeff DeVerter is the Chief Technologist for Microsoft Technology at Rackspace responsible for the roadmap and delivery of Fanatical Support for Microsoft technology both inside and outside of our Datacenters. Jeff has been with Rackspace for over 7 years and has built several of our service offerings including Dedicated SharePoint, Dedicated Exchange, Dedicated Lync and Microsoft Cloud Platform
Jeff is currently involved in projects that take Rackspace’s award-winning fanatical support to new Microsoft technologies and new locations.
Dugan Sheehan is a Principal Engineer on Rackspace's Microsoft Cloud team. As a product architect, his role is to help shape the look and feel of Rackspace’s Fanatical Support for Microsoft Azure. He frequently engages in with Microsoft program managers to evaluate new technologies and is constantly looking for ways to evolve the offering and improve the customer experience. His responsibilities include scripting and design work, as well as consulting and implementation activities for complex customer environments.
Kent Kingery is a Cloud Practitioner/Evangelist at Rackspace. Kent is a seasoned enterprise IT professional with 30+ years of hands-on experience with companies such as IBM, Accenture, Avanade, Cognizant, and others. He has deep expertise across a number of disciplines including advanced software development, agile methodologies, business process management, and building high-performance teams. Kent’s current role is helping organizations chart their course for moving to the cloud.
