Karamasoft Releases UltimateSpell 3.0 for ASP.NET and UltimateEmailfor ASP.NET

Karamasoft announced UltimateSpell 3.0, an ASP.NET servercontrol that provides spell checking functionality in your Web and WindowsForms applications. In ASP.NET applications, simply drag-and-drop the controlonto your page and it automatically finds and spell checks all editablecontrols without any client-side or server-side coding.

   SpellAsYouType and AutoCorrect are the topfeatures of this latest release. It spell checks and underlines spelling errorsas you type. This inline spell-check functionality is also used to correctspelling errors automatically while you keep typing.

   The new version lets you look up the meaningof a suggested word in an online dictionary that is configurable for eachlanguage. It also introduces a new property to let the user decide whether thespell button causes validation. If you click Ignore All to ignore all occurrencesof a word it will keep them alive until you refresh the page.

   UltimateSpell has built-in integration withUltimateEditor (online HTML editor) and UltimateSearch (Web site searchengine). It supports UltimateAjax (formerly UltimateCallback) and ASP.NET AJAX(former Atlas).

Karamasoft also announced UltimateEmail, for e-mailaddress validation and mail merge. It includes two ASP.NET server controls thatcome in handy in your Web applications. However, you can use the server-sideAPI in your Web and Windows applications instead of using the server controls.

UltimateEmailValidator control validates an e-mail addressin four levels:

UltimateEmailMerge control provides you with the mailmerge functionality to send a template e-mail to a list of people withcustomized delivery and content information. You can load the data from anysource such as DataSet, DataTable, DataView, DataReader, Collection, Array,ArrayList, XmlDocument, a text file, or a comma-delimited string.

   You can specify the number of e-mails in eachbatch, and the duration to wait between each batch. You can also use the eventhandling mechanism to validate e-mail addresses, and save mail merge anddelivery status into a file or database.

   UltimateEmail can be integrated withUltimateEditor to send a template e-mail to your customers with the click of atoolbar button. It comes with sample Web and Windows Forms applications in C#and VB for .NET 1.x and .NET 2.0.
