Microsoft has posted the Windows 95 version of the patch for the Out of Band (OOB) data bug. This bug is caused when a malicious user sends a TCP/IP command to port 139 of a Windows machine and causes it to crash orhang. A patch for Windows NT is included in Service Pack 3.
