JSI Tip 7087. When you delete the network bridge from the Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 Network Connections folder, you receive 'An unexpected error occurred'?

The subject error may occur if there is a low memory condition on your computer. This caused the lose of the network bridge configuration settings.

To workaround this problem:

1. Start / Control Panel / Network Connections.

2. Right-click Network Bridge and press Properties.

3. Select the General tab.

4. On the Select the adapters you want to use to connect to computers on your local network list, clear the check boxes for the network adapters and press OK.

5. Start / Run / Devmgmt.msc / OK.

6. Expand the Network Adapters.

7. Right-clcik MAC Bridge Miniport if it exists and press Uninstall.

8. Press OK.
