Download PageDfrg.zip.

When you run pagedfrg.exe, a listbox that tells you how many clusters, and fragments, make up your paging files, event log files, and Registry hives (SAM, SYSTEM, SYSTEM.ALT, SECURITY, SOFTWARE, .DEFAULT).

When you click the appropriate radio button and press OK, a defragmentation run is scheduled for the next reboot.

You can run pagedfrg.exe from the command-line:

pagedfrg [-e | -o | -n]

where:

-e       Defrag every boot.

-o       Defrag once.

-n       Never defrag.
