Only the English versions of Windows XP should contain the Narrator accessibility tool.

To remove the Narrator shortcut:

1. Start / All Programs / Accessories / Accessibility.

2. Right-click Narrator and press Delete.

3. When you receive a prompt to confirm the file deletion, press Yes.

NOTE: Since your menus are localized, use your language's equivalents when navigating the Start menu.
