JSI Tip 5396. How do I hide the Themes tab to prevent users from making changes in Windows XP?

In tip 5395, we prevented users from changing Windows styles, buttons, color schemes, and font sizes.

To totally hide the Themes tab:

1. Use the Registry Editor to navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesExplorer. If you wish to hide the Themes tab for all users of this Windows XP computer, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesExplorer.

2. Add a NoThemesTab Value Name, a REG_DWORD data type, and set the data value to 1.
