JSI Tip 4658. How do I type the euro symbol (€) in U.S. versions of Windows?

To type the euro symbol (€) in U.S. versions of Windows:

1.Turn on the NUM LOCK key.

2. Hold down the ALT key and type 0128 on the numeric keypad.This key combination  is normally referred to as ALT+0128.

NOTE: The font you are using must support the euro symbol.
