If you have an unwanted domain in your NetBIOS browse list, use Regedt32 to navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesLanmanWorkstationParameters

Select the OtherDomains value name, a REG_MULTI_SZ data type, and double-click it. In the Multi-String Editor, click the mouse to deselect the items. If the unwanted domain is present, remove it. Exit Regedt32 and restart your computer.
