Full Reboot of Xbox One

Q: My Xbox One is configured for Instant On mode, but how do I perform a full reboot?

A: If you want to perform a full reboot of Xbox One, hold down the power button on the front of the console for 5 seconds,  which will perform a hard shutdown of the Xbox then a full boot. You can go into Settings, Power, and change from Instant on to the other option, then select Turn console off from that screen to do an ordered shutdown. After it's rebooted, set it back to Instant on.
