Creative releases new NT 4.0 Sound Blaster drivers

Creative Labs this week released new Sound Blaster SB16/SB32/AWE32/AWE64 drivers for Windows NT 4.0. The drivers are for x86 versions of Windows NT4.0 only. You can download the drivers (930K) from the What's new sectionof the Creative Labs FTP site

A cautious note: Installation of these drivers is not for the faint ofheart, especially if you've installed Service Pack 3. My advice is to install them if you have an AWE32 or better and have previously onlyinstalled the drivers that come on the NT CD-ROM. Creative's newer driversgive nice wavetable and 3D sound support not found in the NT 4 CD-ROMversion. Make sure you follow the instructions in the included README file carefully
