I want to install Windows 2000 Server Terminal Services on my users' PCs so that I can fix any problems they might have on their PCs. Where can I can download Terminal Services for Win2K Professional?

Win2K Pro doesn't support Terminal Services, but a good shareware alternative is Virtual Network Computing (VNC), which is free from AT&T under the Free Software Foundation's GNU Public License. VNC is a client/server program similar to Terminal Services that lets you remotely view and control desktops. VNC clients and servers are available for Windows, UNIX, Linux, and other OSs. You can obtain VNC from http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/index.html. Be sure to read about and implement the security features of VNC before you deploy it.
