Access Denied: Terminal Services Alternatives

I want to install Windows 2000 Server Terminal Services on my users' PCs so that I can fix any problems they might have on their PCs. Where can I can download Terminal Services for Win2K Professional?

Win2K Pro doesn't support Terminal Services, but a good shareware alternative is Virtual Network Computing (VNC), which is free from AT&T under the Free Software Foundation's GNU Public License. VNC is a client/server program similar to Terminal Services that lets you remotely view and control desktops. VNC clients and servers are available for Windows, UNIX, Linux, and other OSs.
