A. Microsoft quietly released Office 2003 SP2 September 27, 2005, along with SP2 versions of Microsoft Office OneNote 2003, Office Project 2003, and Office Visio 2003. You can download the service packs at the following URLs:

Most of the new functionality is around security and stability improvements, including a new antiphishing feature in Microsoft Outlook. It requires the May 2005 junk email filter for Outlook (from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/872976#XSLTH3120121121120121120120 ) and enables Outlook to block links that it believes might be fraudulent, as the figure shows.
