Outlook: Prompting Users Before Sending Messages

You can have Outlook ask users whether they really want to send a message.

Does Outlook 2002 include a feature that will prompt users when they click Send with a message such as, "Are you sure you want to send this email?" Our previous email system had this capability, and some of our users found it helpful.
