How can I disable the Always send a response, Never send a response, and Ask me before sending a response options for read receipts?

If you want to enforce a particular option and not let users change the setting for read recipients, the solution is to apply a Group Policy, as I describe in "Creating a Group Policy for Outlook 2002," August 2003, http://www.exchangeadmin.com, InstantDoc ID 39167. If you've installed the administrative template for Outlook 2002, you'll find the read receipt options in the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) Group Policy snap-in under User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Microsoft Outlook 2002, Tools | Options, Preferences, E-mail options, Advanced E-mail options, Tracking options. Enable the Options policy, then set your choices for the read receipt behavior.
