Looks like Google's material design to me

OneDrive for Windows Phone Gets Major Update

OneDrive for Windows Phone picks up a major update this week with a flat new user experience that I assume we're going to start seeing across Microsoft's other mobile apps and platforms. As important, it now supports both OneDrive (consumer) and OneDrive for Business accounts.

That last bit is a long time coming. You may recall that Microsoft infuriated some users by releasing this functionality first on Android, back in August. Perhaps not surprisingly, OneDrive for Windows Phone now closely resembles the Android version of the app.

Here's what's new in OneDrive 4.4 for Windows Phone.

OneDrive for Business support. While you can only have a single OneDrive (consumer) account associated with the app, you can now use multiple OneDrive for Business accounts if you have them. You jump in and out of configured accounts as you do in the Android app, using a new shelf that slides in from the left.

Improved design. The OneDrive app uses a new opaquely-colored header that, to me, closely resembles the material design in Google's Android 5.0. It's an attractive look.

Bug fixes and performance improvements. No surprise there.

Now I'd like to see support for multiple OneDrive (consumer) accounts, of course. We're never happy.

You can download OneDrive 4.4 for Windows Phone 7.5, 8 and 8.1 from the Windows Phone Store.
